Jordan loves the outdoors, and even moved to the North Shore to be closer to the mountains. She spends most of her free time hiking in the forest with her dog, watching sunsets, and getting her sweat on. You’ll also find her in the kitchen whipping up nutritious plant-based meals or supporting the local restaurant scene.
We sat down with Jordan for a little Q&A.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
My dog, she whines a lot and loves her hikes. Oh, also matcha with coconut butter.
What would an ideal world look like to you?
Less stress, more compassion for each other, animals, and the planet.
How has the dnaPower test helped you and your clients?
My clients and I have learned so much from our dnaPower tests. I learned I have a genetic variation for a risk of developing Alzheimer’s. It is important I eat an anti-inflammatory diet and get lots of healthy omega 3 sources (hello plants!).
