1. How will my meal plan be delivered to me?
After you make an order, one of our team members will evaluate which DNA Meal Plan is most suited for you. Your meal plan will be delivered to you within three business days via email. Please check your junk mail and mark us as a trusted sender to ensure you receive emails from us.

2. Will I receive all four weeks of meals at once?
Yes, all four weeks of your meal plan will be delivered to you at once, so that you can look ahead and prepare for the upcoming weeks ahead of time.

3. Why does the meal plan only account for my macronutrient needs and not my micronutrient needs?
Many people incorporate supplements into their daily routine and each person's personal vitamin needs may vary depending on health and age. We recommend working with a health practitioner to test your current vitamin levels and determine appropriate foods or supplements to meet your micronutrient requirements.

4. Do the meal plans account for my allergies?
The meal plans do not account for any allergies you may have outside of lactose and gluten.

5. Your recipes are dairy-free and gluten-free, but what if I don't have gluten or dairy intolerance?
We removed gluten and dairy from our recipes because these are common food intolerances that we find benefit most individuals when eliminated. If you would like to add gluten and dairy into your meals, feel free to swap out ingredients to your liking. For example, easy swaps include replacing gluten-free pasta with regular pasta, or nutritional yeast with regular cheese.

6. Do you offer a vegan or vegetarian meal plan?
No, currently we do not offer vegan or vegetarian meal plans. However, we have incorporated a mix of vegan and vegetarian meals into each meal plan.

7. What kind of recipes does your meal plan include?
You will find breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes that are easy to make.

8. What is the calorie count of the meals?
The meals are suitable for those who need a range of 1500 to 2000 calories per day.

9. Are your recipes suitable for beginner cooks?
Yes, all the recipes in the meal planner are curated with simplicity and approachability in mind.

10. What if I don’t have dnaPower results?
The DNA Diet Meal Plan is designed to work most effectively with your dnaPower results. If you don’t yet have your dnaPower results we suggest you first order totalPower or totalPower Connect or contact us at customercare@dnapower.com.
