These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and use of dnaPower products, testing services, customer portal, and personalized reports (“Reports”).
By placing an order, registering a testing kit, submitting a biological sample, accessing your Report, or otherwise using dnaPower testing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not purchase, register, or use dnaPower testing services.
Your use of the dnaPower website is also governed by our Website Terms of Use. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information, samples, and test- related information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
dnaPower provides testing services designed to deliver personalized wellness insights based on the biological sample and information submitted.
Following laboratory analysis, you will receive a Report containing your test results available through the dnaPower online customer portal (or by another method identified by dnaPower).
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, keeping your login credentials secure, and reviewing your Report.
Reports reflect the specific service purchased and are based on the scientific information, analytical methods, and laboratory processes available at the time of testing.
By submitting an order, registering a testing kit, or providing a biological sample for testing, you acknowledge and agree that:
dnaPower does not sell or rent your personal information, samples, test-related information, or test results. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for details.
You provide consent for these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase dnaPower testing services for yourself.
If you purchase or register a test for a minor, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and have the legal authority to provide consent on the minor’s behalf.
By submitting a sample for testing, you confirm that the sample belongs to you or to a person for whom you are legally authorized to provide consent.
You are responsible for following the sample-collection instructions provided with your kit.
A sample may be unsuitable for testing because of insufficient quantity, contamination, damage, collection error, or other laboratory-quality issues. Where this occurs, dnaPower may require a replacement sample or may be unable to complete testing.
Sample handling, laboratory processing, data retention, privacy protections, and sample destruction are described in our Privacy Policy.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are provided. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping fees.
dnaPower may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including because of pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, payment-processing concerns, or an inability to provide the requested service.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
dnaPower is not responsible for delays, losses, returns, rejected deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by you.
If an order must be reshipped because of customer-provided address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a testing kit has been sent, used, activated, registered, or returned to the laboratory.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any exceptions may be made at dnaPower’s discretion.
Customers are encouraged to review all service information before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with dnaPower’s Privacy Policy.
Respecting your privacy is important to dnaPower. dnaPower does not sell or rent your personal information, samples, test-related information, or test results.
Your personal information, samples, and test-related information are collected, used, shared, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may request that dnaPower share your Report with an authorized dnaPower partner or practitioner. dnaPower will provide access only with your consent.
Testing and Reports have important limitations.
Not all genetic variations, microbiome factors, biological markers, or other possible contributors to health or wellness are tested or reported. Results may be incomplete, may change in interpretation as scientific knowledge evolves, and may not be clinically validated for every purpose.
Results may be affected by sample quality, sample collection, laboratory processes, available scientific evidence, and the limits of the specific testing method used.
dnaPower is not required to update previously issued Reports as scientific research, testing methods, or interpretations change over time.
You should not make medical, treatment, medication, legal, financial, technical, or other significant decisions based solely on a Report.
Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, medications, or health-related decisions.
dnaPower testing services and Reports are provided for informational, educational, and wellness purposes only.
The information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not be considered medical advice. dnaPower does not practice medicine, provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, or offer healthcare services.
Reports should not be used to determine a specific course of treatment or to delay, avoid, start, stop, or change medication or medical care without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Reports are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. Customers should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Results are based on current scientific research and the biological samples submitted, and no guarantee is made regarding specific health outcomes.
dnaPower does not guarantee any particular health, wellness, lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, medication, or other outcome from the use of its services or Reports.
