Our hearts go out to all those affected by the COVID-19 crisis. We are deeply appreciative of all the healthcare workers, first responders and other essential workers serving in the community at this time.
At dnaPower we are following the Government of Canada's recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All employees are working from home and taking every health and safety precaution, including practising physical distancing and frequent hand-washing.
dnaPower Tests are Shipping as Usual
All orders placed through our website are shipping within 1 business day. Your test kit includes an easy-to-use cheek swab that can be done in the comfort of your home and mailed safely back to our office. Please note that due to disruptions in our postal service, delivery times are taking longer than normal.
Your swab is tested at our CLIA certified Canadian lab. Your results are generally emailed within 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your swab at our office however, during this unprecedented time, your results may take up to 6 weeks.

We understand that many of our industry partners, including fitness trainers, nutritionists and naturopaths, are experiencing financial hardship at this time. In order to support the health practice community, we are offering our dnaPower Certification Course for free until April 30, 2020. Access to the course can be requested here.
The dnaPower Certification Course provides the opportunity to further your knowledge of DNA science as it relates to health and wellness. Those who complete the course can become dnaPower partners, allowing them to use the DNA information to support their clients, and to earn a new revenue stream once health practices begin to re-open.
